Beth Joseph claims to be an independent bookstore. I guess it thinks that because it’s not a publicly traded company it can make that claim. This bookstore is fancier than any Barnes and Noble I’ve been in. Books are generally sold at retail price. The Caribou Coffee next door is accessible from within Beth Joseph, though you have to pay for your books first. There is very little casual seating in the store. There is a big selection of books and magazines here, though better deals can be found online if you’re willing to wait for delivery.
