I had luck in the past with this store and got my orders exactly when I wanted. This last time was a nightmare. I ordered something and was told it would take 4 weeks. After 6 weeks I called. The excuses started coming in and my phone calls were not returned. I went into the store and kept getting told any day now. I finally got part of my order 11 weeks after I ordered it which was 1 week after my baby was born. This processed was so stressful for me. Then the order wasn't in the right color so I cancelled the second part of my order. When I did this, they could care less and didn't apologize or anything. You may have luck if it is something they have in stock but if you have to have something ordered don't do it!! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where they actually want to provide good customer service.
