I have only been there once, but it didn't do much for me. I went there for a wax and when I made the appointment, the lady answering the phone could not answer any of my questions. But once I got there, they were prompt. And the price wasn't too bad. However, the lady that did the procedure, did not do a very professional job. She acted like she could care less about what she was doing and did not even do a good job. This wa my first was, she knew that, and still did not tell me what she was going to do. When I asked her questions, she would take a long time to answer and not answer very thoroughly. Mainly yes or no. I was dismayed at the poor job she did and would never pay that much for that again. But the place seemed nice and was clean.
