Handy Andy is the cheapest best option in my book for Tool and Truck rentals. Their staff will help you figure out what tool you need if you’re not sure, and make sure you know how to use it before you leave the lot. It can get a little crazy first thing in the morning—consider parking on the street instead of getting parked in the parking lot. They have every tool I could ever need, and don’t need to buy thanks to them.
