Kneaders in Provo is a nice little shop. Their restaurant looks kind of like a country kitchen. Their sandwiches are good and their fresh baked goodies are also good. I went at lunchtime once and the line was pretty long -- it took almost 20 minutes just to order. I think the food was worth it, though. From their bakery you can get fresh bread, cookies, etc.
