This doctor's office was the first office we went to in Provo. They are very nice and we were happy at first. Then we started having all sorts of billing problems. They would fill out insurance claim forms, forget to send them in and then send us a bill for the full amount. They have lost record of copays that we have paid. And it is nearly impossible to get ahold of the billing staff in their office. They are also usually behind with their appointments. The doctor and the staff are very nice, and we like them, but the office is managed so poorly, it ruins the experience.
