This grand old mini mansion on Capital Hill is a great place for a wedding reception. You can rent the whole place or the upstairs or downstairs for less. The upstairs has enough room for a small band and is perfect for dancing. The whole house rents for 1700 dollars for a wedding reception and includes seating, servers, linens, and china, among many other amenities. The house is beautiful both inside and out.
