Lake City special 9/30/2006

Chiang's Gourmet serves up food that tastes right-in other words it really reminds me of one of my old hang outs in China. The reason for this is that they serve all of their food soaked in red hot chili pepper oil. This makes the stuffed fried tofu dish spectacular. Chiang's also serves up a northern style dim sum on the weekends. This includes youtiao (fried dough sticks) and soy milk. Give it a try sometime-you won't be disappointed. Food prices here are about average around twenty dollars for two or three dishes. Service is efficient and brisk. more
