This is the place Chinese people eat when they want the real thing. All of the basics here are cooked the right way. The steamed fish and the crispy chicken were cooked above the standard set by Seattle's Chinatown. But, the stars on the menu are the kidney and intestine dishes. They are carefully prepared so that the odor is eliminated and the essential texture and flavor are preserved. If you are hankering for real Chinese food but don't want to drive to Richmond in Canada I would recommend Yea's Wok.
