This cafeteria, on the top floor of one of the Library of Congress buildings is a real find. The food is good, cheap, and plentiful. The cafeteria is only open in the morning and afternoon though. I had some great mashed potatoes here as well as a really good grilled cheese. Of course the food here is standard cafeteria food but the price and ambiance are in such perfect harmony you can't help not stop here.
