The management philosophy here is profits first. This place will use all the tricks in the book to make money off of you. If you do have to do business with them because St Louis does not offer many Subaru, Hyundai, or Volkswagen dealerships, go in prepared and beware of tricks. Most people will be shocked if they knew how much this place makes on a typical sale. They are so good at it that they make the customer feel like they got a good deal when in fact, they are paying much more than they should. more
