Had Tech come out to replace battery in one of units. Still reads the same. Called and it took them 2 days to locate my account, they called my home number and not work number I left, Called rep I had been dealing with and another rep said they could handle it. They just connected me to a voice mail-which after 5 weeks was never returned. The next day I talked to a rep that hung up on me.I called back and talked to supervisor that told me it takes 30 days to disput a charge. They must have a lot of disputes if it takes 30 days!! Stay away. awful service. more
