After the last few years of classes my laptop needed some serious help. It was slow to startup, sometimes it would freeze and stop working altogether. I would have to remove the battery, reinstall it and then hope it would turn back on. It usually did and I went back to working on it , until last friday. With just a 3 weeks left before classes end it really starts giving more headaches than usual. Worried about losing all my class work I called Trusted PC Tech and had one of their technicians connect to my laptop through my cable internet and diagnose the problems. It turned out the Windows operating system was in need of alot of updates, my anti-virus had stopped working (I didn't notice) and my hard drive was almost completely full. After a discussion about what was needed to resolve the issues and the cost (I am in college afterall) . I needed a virus removal, an optimization (tune-up) and a current backup of my files. The total was a relieving $199 and took 2 and half hours. The technician also installed an anti-virus application for free. I was very pleased with my PC when the service was over. It performed like a whole new machine. Thanks guys.
