I was on the hunt for an machine last Christmas for my wife. She had talked about all the features that she wanted and I thought that I had listened. But when I got to the store I realized that I had no idea. So the sales woman took an unbelievable amount of time trying to help me remember what my wife had said. The sales woman was so patient and helpful. The machine that we chose was perfect and the price was great. I can't think of anything negative!
