We started up some projects last Christmas to give our families as gifts. They ended taking a lot more time and money than we expected. Some of the materials were hard to find too. So we went to Leather Works for some leather straps that were critical to the project. They had them, but not the right color, so they ordered them for us. No questions asked and no additional expense. That's the kind of personal service that I like. We have been back several times since!
