I leased property from Campus and Central Propoerty for 9 months. Their service was horrible. Our washer was broken for almost 2 months before they fixed it. Thier maintanence of the house was horrible as well. The restroom on the top floor was so dirty and grimey before moving in. IN addition they witheld our deposit over the 30 days without any reason. ITs been almost 3 months since we've moved out and we are still fighting with them over our deposit. RENT AT OWN RISK. They just dont care about you, just your money
