Mexico Lindo seems like the largest restaurant in Union City, It's been in operation since as far back as I can remember. So, I thought I'd give it a try. I must say, the food was really good. There wasn't a whole lot to choose from, but everyone at my table, for the most part, enjoyed what they ate. I must also add that we dined here for a late lunch, so there weren't as many people eating and would also explain the smaller menu.
