The strong point of Bay Books is its large selection of books. Their wide variety includes children's books, classics, poetry, mysteries, fashion, cooking, and much more. The weak point of Bay Book is its hit or miss customer service. Some times I will receive lackluster help, while other times the staff is attentive and friendly. The hit or miss customer service makes it difficult to review.
