Old Navy is a very big store. The customer service is alright, but it’s not on the top of the ladder. The store is usually unorganized and it’s not very neat, but the good thing about this store is that it’s a family store. There’s something for everyone, from your dad, to your baby sister, there’s a little of something for everyone!
