Roanoke Street Apartments offers nice apartments at reasonable prices. All renters have either a patio or balcony. Although they don't have one bedroom units, they will agree to lock one door of a two bedroom unit and rent it to you at a reduced rate. You do have to pay for your own water and electricity. They also give you an option of renting a washer and dryer. They are slow to answer service calls, but since they only have one maintenance person, it's understandable.
