I needed to have my 45,000 mile scheduled maintenance done on my car. I called around to 3 dealerships who wanted as much as almost $300. Holman wanted $90. I was a bit cautious wondering if perhaps I was missing something. However, from what I could tell, it seemed they did a great job. They did offer some easy solutions (for instance with my splash shield which was loose) rather than trying to push a new one on me. They did however try to push a new battery and wiper blades. The blades were cheap at $10 for a pair, but I believe they wanted $120 for the battery, yet the battery was obviously still functional. Not to mention, one could be purchased for alot less I'm sure. My only other complaint was when I called to set up an appointment, it seemed like no one had ever called to do that and somehow after waiting on hold for several minutes, I was hung up on - which is a terrible no-no in my book. Overall though, I was satisfied.
