P & A is a great little Mexican restaurant that is very family oriented, and has a great atmosphere. P & A is a restaurant that goes back to the very roots of Dinuba. For the late nighters, they are open until 2 o'clock in the morning. The pricing is very affordable, and the food is very good when compared to how cheap it is.
