Fulton is still a home town bank, even though they are getting quite large. The tellers and management at the Ephrata branch are very friendly, and their hours are very accommodating. I am usually at the bank about once a week, and they are always friendly, and give my kids smarties on the way out. I am teaching my children the importance of banking and saving money. Fulton offers the kids an account that does not get fees for non use. Interest rates could be a bit better, but that is at any bank...very little interest.
