Kurama is a casual, serve-yourself sushi restaurant. Don't expect anything fancy here. The sushi is on little plates (color coded for price) on a rotating belt, and you grab what you want. The sushi is not the best quality, but you probably won't get sick most of the time. You might be better off just grabbing a couple of rolls from Harris Teeter though.
