I first experienced this unassuming gem when I was dissatisfied with a pair of glasses that I had gotten from one of the big mall optical shops. Something just wasn’t right. Well, the optician at Keenan Russell immediately detected that lenses had been improperly placed in the frames – something even my ophthalmologist hadn’t noticed. I was so relieved!
