I had saw Dr. Hagan once before and after waiting for over an half hour for my appointment they called me up to say that they did not have me on schedule! After I pulled out my appointment card and showed them i was there on the right date and time they "squeezed me in" I was kept waiting almost another hour after that, needless to say I never went back to that office!
