Goodberry's offers custard, not soft servce ice cream. The custard is served from a soft-serve machine giving the illusion of being soft serve ice cream however the taste is much creamier. The consistency is thicker, hence their famous Concrete. It is similar to a Dairy Queen's blizzard, however the mix-ins really seem to be stuck!
