I found The Wedding Bell in Lansing to be one of the worst bridal shops I have visited. If you are window shopping only, then they do have a decent selection of dresses to view. However, their prices were extremely high when compared to other bridal shops in the area and the customer service that I received there was downright rude. When the salesperson found out I was only browsing and not planning on purchasing my dress that day, she would either ignore my questions or treat me as a major inconvenience and this all happened when I was the ONLY customer in the store!
