I don't see why so many people come to this clinic. First off, the wait is terrible, and our first visit there for my grandmother's eyes too 3 hours. Several of her primary care doctors told her to go see a guy about her eyes because it looked like she was getting cataracts on them, and they seemed to all want us to go to Dr. Falgout so we did. What a waste of time as they didn't do anything to her eyes and confused her and then scheduled her another appointment. We literally waited 3 hours in that place for her to have an eye exam. What a ripoff, i'm sure glad we have insurance. The office staff and the Doctor himself were all nice, just not very functional in what wanted done.
