The Red Hen is a locally owned little restaurant that is ALWAYS hopping with locals in-the-know. Their food is tasty, their enchiladas famous, and their raspberry (and plain) margaritas are absolutely memorable. Served in a glass (small) or a carafe (large), it becomes abundantly clear that one will not be enough! They have copious motorcycle parking which, remarkably, is nearly always full, and the joyous and admittedly loud atmosphere extends indoors and out. A great find for visitors and locals alike.
