We rang Sunday evening around 8:00 pm and left a message on the answer service. Edward(the repairman) called back immediately and told us it was $40 inspection fee to be deducted from any repair costs-and we made a time for the next morning at 9:00 am. The next morning he arrived on time, inspected the fridge and said that he thought it was either the stater or the compressor. He said the price to fix the starter was $175 and if it was the compressor we should get a new fridge. It was the starter, which he replaced immediately. It took about 20 minutes from his arrival to finish. He offered us a fifteen dollar discount for cash. We have a 90 day warranty. Excellent service!!! more
