I always go to Excellent Hair and Nails to get my eyebrows done. Kelly, the girl who does the eyebrows, typically does a great job. She uses threading, which gets the job done quickly and precisely. There have been a couple of times where she’s overplucked, and one of my friends complained that the plucking gave her the ‘constantly surprised’ look. One warning is that the wait for a walk-in can take forever – either book an appointment well in advance or go at a time when it’s quiet, like midday.
