Phillips is great. They have the best breakfast burrito in town- and I don't even like breakfast burritos. I still have to have one almost every day. At lunch, they have a baked potato that, I'm not kidding, is half as big as your head- for $2.50, tax included. They have great sandwiches and soups, fruit salads, all sorts of deli fare, and MOST importantly, perhaps the best cookies in downtown. Yum.
