My mom and I passed by Sally's on a whim on the way back from an appointment. When we first walked in, it was sensory overload! They has just about every type, print and price range in fabric that you can think of! I love buttons - and their selection was HUGE! They had many of the same buttons that I had purchased a few weeks ago from a yarn shop - the same cute, adorable buttons and same quality. So, if I need more of those buttons, I now have a place that's much closer to home. :-)
Since I had to take my son with me to the shop, I appreciated the fact that this shop had a small play area with toys. My son certainly enjoyed it. :-)
My mom was able to find some sewing notions that she's been searching for since she moved into this area last year. This is a big plus for her because any shop that carries a good selection of notions wins her loyalty pretty quick. :-)
The service was actually very impressive. I wouldn't say that it was quick, but very meticulous. :-) I personally prefer shops like that. :-) That's just me... but if you can appreciate accurate measuring, have no doubts on the total at the register, and feeling like you can spend an entire day just looking at one section of their fabrics, then Sally's the place to go.
