I will never shop at Haynes again. They offered a 20% rebate in October that they bilked me out of. They didn't even want to discuss it with me. They didn't want to look up my name and tell my why. But they were sure as heck happy to take my money for the couch I bought there. In the future, I will go to another furniture store who offers customer service reps/customer service managers who are actually POLITE to customers. Furniture stores who wont bilk me out of rebates.
