They provide very good customer services, and they are experts in computers, not liek the on campus northwetsern residential computer consultants who do not know computers more than i do. I regret payign them so much for fixing my computer, and i recommend everyone to use this instead! They charge a little bit higher than nuit, but its worth the money.
