We purchased a Passat from SS Volkswagen in 2002, and are very happy with the level of service they have provided. Getting a good deal can be a hassle, but we were able to get a great deal without much haggling & stress. The dealership completed the sale professionally. We have had maintenance done through their service shop, including some warranty work, and they have always provided an appointment that works well with our busy schedule. They also offer loaner cars (with a couple of weeks notice) which is such a convenient offer. The staff we've dealt with is always friendly and courteous.
