I can't say enough about the selection offered at Excalibur. They have perhaps the perfect mix of independent and mainstream titles in the Portland area. Their subscription service offers great discounts, and their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is that the there are too many hoops to jump through to cancel a subscription box.
