If you love Ribs then you have to visit the Swallow at the Hollow. Their ribs are so awesome! The restaurant is relatively small and sometimes you have to wait but it sure is worth it. If you plan ahead, you can usually hear live country music being played on the stage inside the restaurant. Look for their website for updates on who will be playing. They usually have some pretty decent singer/songwriters from the country music scene perform. Sometimes they'll even have some pretty big names show up. Get a group together and go have a great time. I loved it, I think you will too.
