I have had migraines most of my life, I am now 48 years old. I was referred to Dr. Hardy from a friend of mine who also lives here in Las Vegas... Over the years I have tried medications, shots in the back of my head and neck, chiropractic, massage and countless over the counter remedies as well as herbs and vitamins. Dr. Hardy started with testing my for foods that I may have sensitivities to, not really sure if I believed this but I didn't have anything else to lose... After staying away from about 10 different foods for 1 month, the headaches were all about gone, during this time I did have a few migraines but Dr. Hardy did an acupuncture treatment on me and by the time I left his office my migraine was gone. I am now doing some allergy treatments for the foods that have given me the migraines so that I may be able to eat those foods again without having my migraines...
