Fred Meyer's are all over Portland, OR and they have it all! If you are looking for a place to buy flowers and or garden supplies for your house, this is the place, it's close by (if you are in Portland) and it's easy to get around in the store. They even sell fountains and all sorts of general house supplies! They generally have great customer service and friendly faces on all the employees.
