I guess we never got that waiter. Anyway, the pizza is terrific, and so are the hot subs. The chicken parm is my favorite. I can't recall a problem with service there - I usually stop by with my son and we are taken care of with no problems, other than a waiter forgetting an item here or there. If you miss good NY or Chicago pizza, try it.
