Best buy is the last electronics store I would shop in. Walking in the door is like walking into a sauna. The heat is too high or they don't appear to have or use air conditioning. The staff is either unavailable or untrained and not willing to help, even for high end purchases. If one decides to purchase something the check out lines are long. The enviroment is not pleasant and managment is hard to find if there is a complaint. The phone system is hard to navigate if you have a question and usually the line isn't picked up. They do offer a good selection and their sale prices are enticing, but with customer service poor, it really isn't worth the time or savings to shop there. more
