I don't go to this shop very often, but the few times I have, I've been very disappointed. It seems to take forever, even if there's no one ahead of you in the drive through line. Then when I order a "regular" coffee, I basically get cream with a little bit of coffee thrown in. I then have to request they "darken" the coffee some. The staff seem more interested in talking among themselves than waiting on the customers. Maybe I've just had bad timing the few times I've visited, but I definitely try to avoid this shop when possible.
