The owner is breaking every OSHA law by not paying her employees the legal pay and wanting waiters/waitresses to work on tips rather than actual pay.
The food is left uncovered and spoons are left in dirty water and reused to serve. The owner is Greek and runs the diner in Greed rather than service. Someone needs to contact the Labor Law Dept. These waiters are trying to make a living and are being slaved. She refuses to pay for while in training and has the waiters/waitresses train without pay for several weeks. This great diner is now ruined and needs a great owner who cares about employees, customers and food.
