Being a younger female I will admit I have been taken advantage of before while trying to get my car repaired both mechanically and body work. I am ALWAYS sceptical about these types of businesses. I was refered to Bel-Red from Mercedes where I purchaced my car. The staff at Bel-Red was both male and female, genuine personalities, and truly cared about my vehicle. My car was back to me in a week, all repairs perfect, not to mention they fully detailed it for no extra charge. I will tell everyone about this shop, especially my female friends who are also weary about these types of businesses.
