I started looking for a new security provider in February. I made several calls to three companies. ADT, Broadview and Ackerman. ADT wanted to do the contract over the phone. I couldn't even get someone to come to my house. I spoke with Broadview and they weren't able to send anyone out for almost a week. So I finally called Ackerman on a Monday morning by Monday afternoon I had a Rep at my home,Allen Seymour, and by Wednesday morning I was online with Ackerman's local monitoring center. I was paying almost $40.00 per month with Protection One and now I am paying $18.95 for the same service. As my rep requested that I do, I tested my system within the first week of service and to my amazement, I had a call from the monitoring center within 15 seconds maybe sooner. Now, that is exactly what I was looking for in my security provider. I highly recommend Ackerman to anyone looking to save money on monitoring and have a local company watching over you. Big T.
