This is a really big bookstore located in downtown san Francisco, this store is actually very warm. There is two other floors, a basement floor and an upstair floor full of books. There is a lot of people who works out front so you don’t have to wait in line and everyone is pleasant and friendly. The security guy standing around, makes it look ackward, but it’s really nice overall. I think the price is pretty reasonable, very similar to barnes and noble.
