Cavalier Telephone is the best phone company in Richmond. They have great rates. The initial prices was only $12.95, but now their cheapest rate is $24.95. That includes a variety of extras like caller id, call waiting, voice mail, etc. It also include long distance so there is no need for a separate long distance carrier and no extra fees. I recommend Cavalier to everyone.
