Before I signed up for cable internet (which is fantastic!) I was a member of PCSIA internet. I've been a member of a lot of different ISP's but this was one of the worst. I had a hard time getting online and I was often kicked off the internet. My speed was usually around 35k which is a lot slower than other places. If you're looking for dial up internet I recommend you look somewhere else.
